Rainy days and Sundays

Yesterday was a gloomy and snowy Sunday, which meant it was perfect for working on some new designs for Plum Cow. I have a bunch to show you but I will not put you through all that. I would not want to be like Aunt Eleanor and Uncle Jerry; you know how they made you sit through their vacation slides for three excruciating hours when you were little?

Harking back to that era, I wanted to create a bracelet that highlighted these cool vintage looking charms. They are of women swimmers from another time, and they are acting just a bit sassy which makes them even more fun!

My daughter's swim team season is about to start and I will be ready with this fun bracelet! Who needs a swim team t-shirt when I have this? I have more if you want one, just let me know. I should have the new pictures loaded up on the www.plumcow.com web site in the next few days. Then you can call over Aunt Eleanor and Uncle Jerry and make them look at them all with you!

Ideas of the heart

Have you ever had an idea pop into your head and it just will not go away? I mean, it sticks there, calling to you, keeping you up at night, making you doodle during meetings. That kind of idea?

Well, I have one. Actually two. They will not let go of my brain even though I have other things to do. I LOVE that! I am very much looking forward to the weekend when I can gather up my materials and spend the day at my favorite coffee shop/bookstore the Tattered Cover. I plan to spend as much of the day as possible working on bringing these two new ideas to fruition and showing you all the results. Watch for some new pictures of these designs later next week.
